George & John News
From the desks of George and John

Hello to all of you, and on behalf of John and myself may we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Healthy, Happy and Profitable New Year 2009.

With the recent turmoil in financial markets around the world, many of you will be wondering what you can do to strengthen your position over the next months. We are already seeing signs in the retail sector indicating that sales expected may not come to fruition as the public prepares for lean times.

At such periods of financial query, it is of the utmost importance that you consider your current and future cashflow requirements; it may be worthwhile to talk to us about assisting you to prepare such a document, and provide you with a "health check" on your business.

The Banks would also appreciate your endeavours in this manner.

It may be time on the basis of the results as shown by the above reports, that you may need to re- finance the business or other loans, and with the decrease in current interest rates, and the possibility of another one or two cuts in the future (February, March 2009), look to the separation of business/private loan structures, and maybe even fix portions of loans at today's rates.

We have association with providers of Finance for Business / Private and Home Loans, Life Insurance, Income Protection; all these are objects which need looking at in today's times.

The cashflow of your business, and how you use it particularly today, is the most important ingredient in maintaining your viability in your respective market; thinking about your cash requirements, putting such on paper and looking at the future needs of your business is a must exercise that we all need to complete now.

Please contact either John or myself and allow us the opportunity to assist you in this exercise.

George Psiakis and John Clarke
